Refund Policy

Due to the nature and hygienic considerations of our products, all items are free from quality issues, and we do not offer return or exchange services. Returned items must be securely sealed.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange or refund it for you.Please notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged/defective item.

Our returns department may take up to 14 business days from the date of receiving the return at our headquarters to process all returns.

Note:
Our handmade nails are crafted with love, so each may have slight variations. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Items of the wrong size chosen by you or for other personal reasons are not eligible for return.

If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account.

Exchange (if applicable)
To request an exchange, notify our customer service team at support@loyalsee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.


If the exchange is approved, our team will guide you through the next steps. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We recommend using a delivery service that ensures the value of your shipment.


LoyalSee does not cover return postage unless the item is incorrect or defective.
The time for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your location.

Refunds
If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days.


Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
